Are you a vendor who wants to set up at the horse show? See the form below and contact Alisha for details on where and what time to set up. We only accept horse or pet related, family friendly vendors.

Food trucks are welcome. Please inquire with Alisha beforehand. 

When is the Deadline?

Two weeks before the show date. 

If your sponsorship comes in later, we cannot guarantee the printer will get your art in time to put your name on the showbill.

Want to help out on show day?

Volunteers are appricated! We always need help with set up, tear down, registration, gate and awards duty. You don't have to pledge the entire day. Just let us know how long you can volunteer, we are grateful for the help either way.
