Both release forms for shows at Helen Howarth Park must be filled out and turned in to registration. You can download here and bring them with you, but we will have paper copies at the show.
Sponsor a Class or an entire division, or donate your time and learn what it takes to run a horse show.
Our sponsors are pivotal in funding our trophies and prizes. While we are aware this is a schooling show designed for green horses and riders, we don't want to skimp on the rewards.
Class Sponsorship $40 per show. (You don't have to sponsor every show. There will be a spot to choose which show you want to sponsor.)
Who sponsors a class?
Anyone can sponsor a class. If you want to highlight your small business on the showbill, you can sponsor a class. We've had people sponsor a class for their child who is riding at the show. We've had people sponsor in memorial to a loved one, pet or equine partner with a short phrase. We don't mind announcing something special. Instead of saying, "This class is sponsored by the Miller family," we can say something like "Hey, Sally Miller, your family wants you know you are the best!" Have fun and be creative!
Division Sponsorship $150 per show. (You don't have to sponsor every show. There will be a spot to choose which show you want to sponsor.)
These sponsorships will get you more bang for your buck.
We'll dedicate two classes to talk about you or your business publicly over the P.A. system. Whatever you want to say about your business.
Your logo (or small ad) will be printed on the showbill.
We'll also announce you or your business anytime we talk about the daily highpoint.
We'll do a Facebook shout out and tag you if you are on Facebook.
We'll put your logo on our Horse Show page.
If you have flyers or marketing material you are welcome to display them at the horse show.
Are you a vendor who wants to set up at the horse show? The fee is a class sponsorship. Contact Alisha for details on where and what time to set up. We only accept horse or pet related, family friendly vendors.
Food trucks are welcome. Please inquire with Alisha beforehand.
When is the Deadline?
Two weeks before the show date.
If your sponsorship comes in later, we cannot guarantee the printer will get your art in time to put your name on the showbill.
Want to help out on show day?
We always need help with set up, tear down, registration, gate and awards duty. You don't have to pledge the entire day. Just let us know how much you are willing to volunteer, we are grateful for the help either way.
